In the never ending rush of modern living, we are seeing more and more people struggling to meet the demands of every-day life. The pressures that occur from various forces (financial, occupational, educational , peer or family related) exact a toll on people that often create stresses and anxiety in our lives. Learning how to manage this stress is a skill in itself.
Our mental health & well-being programmes & talks equip participants with a deeper understanding of the forces at play and the tools to overcome such strains.

Testimonial We have had a number of issues around internet safety in the school so we recently invited Keith to speak at a parents evening about the importance of mental health. He had been recommended by another school principal who had worked with him in the past on similar issues. His presentation was very engaging, informative, clear and to the point and he gave us excellent guidance as parents, guardians and teachers to safeguard the young people in our care. He also made the link between mental health, physical health, nutrition and exercise and the effects of social media & gaming addiction and the research surrounding it, in simple language which we all understood. Afterwards, he facilitated a very valuable question and answer session addressing parents concerns and needs. Thank you Keith. Donna Ni Mhairtin, Principal, Gaelscoil an Eiscir Riada, Tullamore.
