"Unleash Your Potential"
I have played hurling for over 20 years and been involved in coaching teams for the last 15 years. I realise now more than ever, that it is essential that you give players and management the best you can give. It was no coincidence that we got Keith to help us with performance psychology with Cuala senior hurling team, as we sought to maximise the potential of a hard working group of players as they successfully navigated their way to Dublin, Leinster and All Ireland Championships in 2017 and 2018." Greg Kennedy - Former Galway hurler and Cuala Senior Hurling Coach 2016 - 2018 |
"Keith has designed, developed and delivered the "Performance Psychology" module for our Award 2 Coach Education Programme in both hurling and football since we introduced them in 2015. Having sat in on the sessions personally, it is clear that Keith has huge experience and strong knowledge base in the area of performance psychology, leadership development and coaching in general. These sessions help us build effective leadership capacity within our Dublin GAA coaching structures and our coaches take an awful lot from his sessions. We will continue to use Keith in this capacity and I would highly recommend him if you are looking for anybody to work with your team or athletes in the area of sport psychology or performance psychology" Ger O'Connor - Dublin GAA Performance Manager

Throughout 2017 & 2018, Keith was a great sounding board for my Carlow management team and helped us to create the right environment for success . He played a huge part in facilitating the players to achieve their potential, which snowballed into some powerful displays in Croke Park. We won the Christy Ring Cup in 2017 and won both Division 2 of NHL and Joe McDonagh Cup in 2018. Throughout the two years Keith gave many valuable work-shops & support sessions for both players and team management. These included Leadership and Management Development, Goal Setting, pitch based practical attentional focus workshops among other aspects of performance psychology. I would highly recommend him in providing a high level performance psychology support to any team, athlete or management. Colm Bonnar - Carlow Senior Hurling Manager

"I would highly recommend Keith & the service he offers teams. Keith was part of our High Performance Unit on the road to All Ireland Junior title in Croke Park in September 2017 & aided us in our mental preparation throughout the season with extremely valuable sport psychology workshops. Keith is highly professional & the work he did was hugely instrumental in the Westmeath Camogie team winning the All-Ireland. Johnny Greville - Westmeath Camogie Manager 2017 |
“I trained under Keith for 2 years with my club Lough Lene Gaels. I always found training sessions to be very well organised and insightful, with drills and exercises having clear goals and focus. His attention to detail in training drills always fascinated me - how important such minuscule skills and precise movements can be in the breakdown of the sport, and when these are corrected and mastered, can achieve great success. We improved significantly under his direction winning the league in 2017. We reached county semi finals in both years, losing by one point twice to eventual county champions in 2016 & 2017. This was a significant improvement for our club as we were struggling to make semi finals before his involvement. I couldn't recommend him highly enough” Tommy Doyle - Westmeath Senior Hurler |
"I began working with Keith around sport psychology with a view to improving my mental toughness in match situations. I never realised that I would get so much out of the sessions. I found myself really energised and excited about my game after the sessions. The relaxation and imagery sessions were superb in getting me in the zone for championship and it also made me understand how big game anxiety can affect performance. I find the self talk and cue utilizations very helpful for my free taking and still use them. Keith really made me feel comfortable and it helped that he had played the game at a good level and understood the feelings and subtleties of the game. I couldn't recommend him highly enough." Shane Dooley - Offaly Senior Hurler |
"I had followed Keith's online articles for some time before deciding to work with him. He had discussed ways of dealing with pressure situations like taking frees and this really appealed to me. We successfully worked on some personal issues around confidence and set goals for other areas for improvement e.g. recovering from injury, win breaking ball, shooting accuracy and concentration improvement. Using Keith's interventions, I got back to a place of loving the game again. I am an active member of Belgium GAA and now use Keith's tips in a coaching & managerial context to help improve others. I would recommend him very highly in a sport psychology or coaching capacity." Declan Treanor - former Dublin Senior Footballer
I worked with Keith at underage levels through schools, development squads and Offaly minor football squads. During all those times I felt Keith was a very organised and hard working coach. The biggest compliment I could give him is you always felt confident and prepared going out to play a match, thanks to the physical preparation and sport psychology work we did before games and it always made you feel a step ahead of your opponents. As a coach he trained you hard but always got the best out of you and was a great speaker and motivator. He played a huge part in my underage success and development as a footballer.
